As the most important base, we selected high quality Datong coal as our main raw material, which is a bituminous coal with low ash and low sulfur.
Carbon made from single coal could not meet the requirement of various applications. By an accurate belt weighting system, we are able to control the optimal blending of the raw material.
Use Pitch as adhesives to improve the hardness and abrasion of activated carbon, also the adsorption. The pitch is fully burned in subsequent activation process.
Special blending as customer required, for example, blending MgO to produce Sugar refining MgO carbon for stable decolorization Process.

High pressure dual rollers presser, achieves good hardness.
The process operated in a sealed environment which controls the loss of coal powder and ensures a clean workplace, is environmentally compliant.
The pressroom product is stored and transported in a sealed container, avoiding any contaminations and impurities from outside.

Carbonization and Activation Process

The carbonization and Activation Workshop of Jinsheng Haoda, located at Yungang District of Datong City, its predecessor is Datong Kaneng Carbon Company which was built in 2002. Its main equipment include rotary carbonization kilns, SLP activation furnaces. Process parameters are controlled in real time. It produces 15000 tons of activated carbon with great performance, covering various applications.
